Countec Company show an advanced Checkweighing
system integrated into their high speed tablet line ensuring 100% count accuracy.
Compact and extremely accurate, tare and gross weights of each container are taken before and
after filling using technologically advanced weigh
cells with an accuracy of 20mg. This allows on line
rejection of invalid containers in case their weight is
out of the set range.
With a weighing range upto 500 g (higher range weighter available upon request) and an output up to
100 containers per minute, the system can be supplied with new lines or integrated into existing lines.
