Fully interlocked guarding
Designed to feed random bottles in an upright
position on its out feed conveyor after being
cleaned by de-ionzing air with vacuum.
Bottles loaded in extra big bulk hopper are supplied
to the sorter via a bottle elevator. Bottles are aligned
around the sorter dise. While a conveyor and side
belt mechanism transfers the bottles from the sorter
to the aligning unit, bottles are inverted and cleaned
by de-ionizing air with vacuum. The bottles are
turned into an upright position for discharge.
