Softgel Encapsulation machine, SE-100 is designed for producing softgel capsule combining filling material and finished gelatin from tank.
Rotating die roll by pneumatic control system and accurate pumping of material are capable to produce softgel precisely with stable speed, 5rpm. Especially, the filling weighting control system by servo motor control thickness of gelatin to increase the productivity.
All production and process parameters can be controlled by programmable logic controller with touch screen.
This machine fulfills the GMP standard of pharmaceutical industry.
We offer various model from pilot scale to mass production scale.
