This is a semi-automatic press-on capping machine
that requires manual cap placement onto bottles.
As containers pass along the conveyor, they are
gripped by adjustable side belts.
The cap is placed onto the container before being
pressed by a height adjustable top pressure belt that effects closure.
Fully adjustable top pressure and side belts and
conveyor guides require no change parts for various applications.
Output:
Max. 50 bottles per minute based on the cap placing capacity
